Any handy all round tips for a dominator

i am not experienced and i am not familiar with my car too much. I have had it for 4 months now just driving it around my house and up the street and I am in need of a new set of tires.

Is it ok to put road tires on a dominator for when i am driving it up and down the street and change them and use an off road set when i want to go off road?
