Help Can anybody tell me what kind of buggie this is?????

I was wondering if anybody would know the brand and possibly the model of this buggy. I was told it was an Ofna but I am not sure. I got it in a trade. I was needing to know so I could get some parts. Thanks

Hmmmm does not look like an Ofna to me....the front end looks way too weak.....no bracing at all. My guess is an off brand.

it is an ofna/hobao pirate

hiya folks,

this is the first generation hobao/ofna pirate, this is, i believe(by the black anodised, non-countersunk chassis and plastic main gear) to be the stock/junior version.

you can be certain there are no parts for it now... we have an incredible hobby shop locally that stocks hobao parts but main parts like diffs, gears, gearboxes are nigh impossible to come by. plastics used then was really soft but tough, they dunt break, just bend like noodles.

it's a keeper if you're into collecting old cars. it'll be better with the original shell. all jet figther looking.

Help

Can I use parts from the new buggies to fix this one? I mean there will be some modifying and such, but since I can't get original parts there will be no way to fix with OEM parts.

in order to do that you will have to do some HEAVY modding im sure to make them work it prolly would be better to buy another buggy and newer one and drive that one but you could try to make the parts off the new buggys fit it
