The O.S. 28xz is stupid fast. My bud has one in his Mugen truggy, it literally walks off from everything. It's too much engine IMO, at least for our track. Geared right I can see it hitting 45mph.

Well, good news! After searching around this forum, i read about someone attaching a GPS to their savage.I zipptied my Garmin Nuvi to the wing, took it out to a new housing development, and gave it a few runs. Needless to say i mannaged 46.3, 48.0, and finally,........49.7! Im sure I can get 50+ out of it, but I had to quit cuz its getting dark. Ill give it a few more runns tomorrow.

Those are some heavy tires. You could prob. get a few more mph with some lighter ones.
Good looking rig though.

Most of the speed comes from the expansion of the tires. they look like pizza cutters at 50mph!!
