so i understand. your saying when the motor is off, everything is in nuetral position and works fine, but when you hit the motor, it goes likea wipped stray cat?. is it your throttle or is it both the throttle and stearing? clamp it down on a stand and see what it does.. are the servos jittery, like bouncing back and forth? if its just one servo, like the throttle then try replacing it.. it could be picking up interfearance from the nitro motor. ive had that problem with a couple of old traxxas servo's. if its not gliching and just staying in one place, and over reving when you start it, check to see if the carb barrel is fully closed..also what kind of radio gear do you have? am? fm? 2.4ghz?

It kinda sounds like one of the servo switches is reversed on the transmitter.
