My vote will go for the mugen Prospec..Top notch buggy kit..
The Xray from what I have herd is a great ride all so..
For kits these IMO are the best you can buy..

Yes I agree, my Prospec is INCREDIBLE on the track, and its super strong and fast.

My bro has the Jammin X1-CR and it looks ok, but id take the mugen any day.

My friend had a Xray and it was good also, but I didnt like the way it handled when he let me try for a bit.

But, this is just IMO.

You may not of liked how it handled b/c of the set-up.
All 3 of these are good buggys. I dont think you could go wrong with either.

If limited to those choices, I would say Jammin, because its cheap and known for having the best shocks (even some Xray team drivers use Jammin Big Bores), or Xray because they went waaayyy overkill on parts quality (spring steel, etc.).

Honestly, if you are lookng for a top shelf buggy (and can go outside of your original 3 choices), why not go with the Losi 8ight? Should be out soon, and RC Driver pretty much said it was the best buggy they had ever tested.

Consider this buggy... Cheap price, and will leave you $$ for the extras...
Great seller too...

try this one, it looks like a Mugen/Kyosho mix

but my vote will go to these two buggies
The Mugen MBX5R

The HoBao Hyper8 Pro

Here are the top 15 drivers after qualifying at the World Championship a couple of weeks back....
look at the spread of cars in the top 15 - with only 2 Kyosho, 5 Mugen and quite surprisingly 5 HoBao! 1 XRAY, 1 Jammin and 1 Sidorf
1. Mark Pavidis - USA - Kyosho/OS
2. Scott Hughes - USA - Mugen/OS
3. Yannick Aigoin - France - XRAY/RB
4. Jeremy Kortz - USA - HoBao/Werks
5. Chad Bradley - USA - Jammin/OS
6. Robert Batlle - Spain - HoBao/Falcon - Ultimate
7. Guillaume Vray - France - Mugen/RB
8. Joseph Quagraine - Finland - HoBao/Novarossi - Ultimate
9. Jerome Aigoin - France - HoBao/Picco
10. Renaud Savoya - France - Mugen/Ninja
11. Borja Hernandez - Spain - Mugen/Ninja
12. Bobby Tillman - USA - Mugen/Ninja
13. Greg Degani - USA - HoBao/Picco
14. Jon Hazlewood - UK - XRAY/Recab OS
15. Daniel Reckward - Germany - Kyosho/RB
