Revo is based off of a newer/better desigin,I would go with a revo.

Same here, brother! Gotta save some of my money for my raging crack habit, right?

Revo with a 2.5 is still a capable racer. Save some pennies after you buy a Revo and either do the engine exchange program and get a 3.3 or get an OS 18

I have a big hammer that can fix that problem for you lol

I'm sure the 2.5r would work for a while but it's the tuning issues that would have him pulling his hair out.

The revo is better than the maxx out of the box.
