I'm green with envy!! I plan on the same setup here, except for different servos..(I'm gonna try the airtronics ones). I hope you have a blast with it!!
How many of you think the Xray is better than the Mugen?? |

Thanks for the comments guys. I can't wait to play around with set-ups too. the XB8 manual has a full chart on what things do and how they affect handling.
I'll get some pics of it next to my dads SP1. He thinks he can beat me...time for a race ![]() I would have gone with the nicer airtronics servos, but I was already pushing it with all the nice stuff I got haha. |

*steels your tires while you sleep.
ive heard on that pipe that the little springs like to run away. ive heard of people putting a zip tie around them so they dont go anywere. great looking buggy man, i bet its killing you to not be able to drive it. for once im GLAD i live WAY down south where its hot all year round. now if i could just stay out of the water id be ok. i know you been rolling it around the living room making vroom vroom noises and stuff!!!! lol

The heat cycle is the way to go, doesn't take too long. With those beasts you need to heat it before starting. Otherwise you'll never turn it over with your box.
