will the MRC Super Brain 959 Charger charge the Team Orion 1800 AA NiMH Rechargables and the Team Orion Pro 1100 1/8 Off-Road Receiver Pack NiMH?

It should. It's NiCd/NiMH compatible and will charge up to 8 cells at a max of 4.5 amps...

Yep! Try to get a peak charger to prevent overcharging of your expansive batteries.
