MP-7.5 and Trip 7 parts

It has been brought up but since the 777 has been out, has anyone found out what parts are interchangeable? I want to upgrade this inferno I just got. I have asked my LHS and they say maybe but I need experinced people.

Thanks fellas.

I wouldn't mind knowing this as well, I've got a K3 and just for parts availability I'd like to know what parts can be used on each...K3 parts are getting harder and harder to find.

The main parts that are not interchangeable are the center universals/dogbones as the center diff was moved forward. The front arms are not interchangeable as they are wider where they mount. The chasis isn't interchangeable as the front and center diff mount points are different. Most everthing else is interchangeable (I think) can't remember all the differences, but have covered the main ones. Don't know about the radio tray, but the radio box I think is the same.
The diffs, bulkheads, rear end, motor mounts, wing mount are all interchangeable.

If you are going to do a frankin inferno, I would suggest just putting the entire front end from the 777 on your k3 and driveing it. The 777 front will give you some very needed sterring and retaining the k3 rear means you'll still have a very stable car.

There are just ton's of things that are actually different between the 2 cars. Enough to the point where it's very justifiable to sale the k3 and just buy a trip 7.

I'm with untchbl on this one. I have heard of people putting the 777 front on their K3 and having great success.
