Mayhem Ackerman Steering Rack

Anyone in here have one of those Ackerman Steering Racks on your Mayhem? I got this damn thing, all it comes with is the parts and no instructions on how to put it on. I'm not a complete idiot, but some guidance would be nice. I have it on it on the buggy now, but I don't know if I have it on wrong. To me it can only go on one way, but after installing it, the toe was waaaaaay off. Now, there is a ton of bump steer even with all of the shims installed. I don't get as much turning. I had the steering rods in the most frontal position, and that took away so much steering it wasn't funny. I had to almost come to a stop to make it around some tight turns. I moved the rods to the other spot further back. That helped a lot, but it's still lacking some turning. I knew that I would lose some initial turn in moving the steering links forward, but this is ridiculous. Anyway, sorry for the rant, but does anyone know how this thing is supposed to be installed? I called Horizon and they don't know as there is no published instructions or pictures for this stupid thing.

Damn! clicked on the wrong forum. Mods, can you move this to the 1/8 forum please?
