Hi all,

Anybody thats UK based upto making a few "Alloy" Parts for me ? looking to get some custom design parts made, and IF, they prove popular i may go into a limited production run.

Have designs ready, just need someone who can do the work

are they flat plates or do you need 3d CnC???

Various pieces of flat plate (From 7076 T6 Alu alloy) and some 3D CNC, possible some lathe work, depending on if i can get a particular prototype design to work properly !

I've done a little chassis modding for a truggy and have been down this road recently....the aluminum you want is pretty damn expensive....check McMaster carr....forget teh site but they had the best prices for small quantities...still about 100-150 for 24" x 24" sheet of 3mm thick....then cost of cuts.....I did my own CADD work so that brings the cost down.....I can get flat plates cut from a garnett/water jet for cost of running machine....about $1/min....PM your e-mail addy and I can send pics of what I had done and you'll get a better idea of costs......maybe we can work something out....
