For you XTM Lovers

just got a copy of Hobby People 4th of july flyer. They are selling the XTM X-Terminator Pro for $150 again. Pretty cool deal. Not sure if it will show up on the website, but if you don't have a local one, you can always call them and tell them you saw it on the flyer.

they are selling the new XTM truggy for 339. Man...I'm almost ready to buy that thing on principle alone. Somebody help me from buying another truck I really don't need...

Oh - they are selling the SH .21 pro engine for $150; i bought that thing for $220 a few months back. That one hurt when I saw it...

Thanks a sweet deal, but I'd rather keep my Deluxe since I put all the diff oil in and stuff. Isn't the only diff between them is the pro has dish wheels, rear CVDs, and threaded shocks? It almost makes sence to get one and use the deluxe for parts at that price. Can you send me the info too emu67? Thanks.

....Now I'm talking myself into another thing I really don't need to buy....

OK, the on-line ad does not address the sale. I am in the field tomorrow so I will stop at one of their stores and pick up the flier. If the buggy is on sale as early as tomorrow, I'll get back to you. PM me a number where you can be reached in the day, sometime around 12:00 2:00 Pac time.

Revo - you are correct. The on-line ad doesn't address the sale. I looked at the las vegas store today, and they have the ad in the store. It appears to be that the sale prices that I mentioned earlier are for in-store purchases only.

No problem. Glad to help. I'll be at their main store at 10:00 when they open. Nice price on a roller chassis.

Dean, PM sent, and your NIB X-Term Pro is now in the hands of UPS. Slow boat says it will be there next Friday. Receipt inside the box. Check out the time I bought it. 6 minutes after they opened. There was a line of about 20 people waiting to get in when the store opened. I just ran over the X-Term Pro, grabbed one of the 5 they had left, grabbed a gallon of fuel, and got out of there.

No, Hobbypeople has about 10 stores. I went to the main store in Fountain Valley. It is at this store where they have their main warehouse, too. (Mostly for internet orders.) I am sure they will restock each day. They only had five out and 3 were sold within 10 minutes.
