Quad Brakes

I just got my quad brakes in the mail and i was wondering if for one i should glue the pads to the caliper and for two use three calipers and share the middle one with two pads or use four calipers

I don't think you're supposed to glue them.

you are supposed to glue the pad material to the caliper.

in order you should have:
caliper
pad material
disk
pad material
caliper
pad material
disk
pad material
caliper

so yes, one caliper does get pads on both sides.

let me know how the breaks work after u get them installed...thinking about them for my mayhem.
