anyone know where i can find a website that i can either get info or buy a Crono rs5 or an rs7

both are good engines, rs5 is nova P5 based, and the rs7 is nova 421B based. both have extended rev ranges from thier nova counterparts. beyond that, you will not be able to tell a difference.
