First what buggy do you have? then what type of engine are you running? Next what type of fuel? How old is the fuel? I have had a bad batch of fuel I was holding onto and it caused my car to run like shiot!!!
Let me know what you think! Jon

HIT THE BRAKES!! Your fuel is 9MONTHS OLD! Have you opened it before? Where did you store it? More then likely it is your fuel giving you hell. Now you have to expell all that crap out of your fuel lines and then your engine and tank. GET NEW FUEL!!!
Oh yeah is the engine new? If you aren't sure I would return everything to factory and re tune from there. Jon

I would say so. Dumb question. Have you tried to turn the idle speed adjustment up? Or mess with the L/HSN's at all? If it is dying with in a minute at idle you can try to lean the LSN in1/16 to1/8 incraments. Unless this raises the temp above desirable temps. The richen the LSN back to where it was and raise the idle screw. If it idles for over a minute within acceptable temps try some high speed passes adjusting the HSN to reach optimal power within acceptable temp ranges. Repeat untill happy with performance, and temps from start to idle to low speeds, and high speeds. Normally takes me about a tank +/-, and 3 or 5 starts if there is major adjustment needed. If none of this helps you may want to check things like the temp range of your glow plug, and possible leaks in the fuel system from length of pressure line, cracked line or tank, to bad seal of carb to engine , and leak (bad bearing, or physical crack) in crank case. Good luck, and try all of this with some new gas incase I'm a crackpot. LOL!!

Yeah, if you just opened it and it was sealed and stored out of the sun the fuel should be fine. I would try playing with the tuning like Hypedonrc said.
