thanks guys. im just gona bash it. i would race it, but the closest place is over a hour away.. so o well. hey does anyone know of a replacement pullstart for a Hot Bodies .25? cuz the string was dried out and snaped. I think the HPI .21/ .25 will fit, looks pretty similiar.

I say just slap a rotostart on it. If not get a starter box. They are a life saver

well i rebuilt the pullstart last night around midnight.. what fun. i will just buy a HPI one for backup. A rotostart and starterbox is too much to lug around if ur a basher. all i need is a glow starter and im good. Nothing wrong with a good old pullstart.

I agree, if you aren't gunna race then just go with a pull-start. And yea, a Hot Bodies .25 is the HPI S-25 so the HPI pullstart should fit just fine. Nice looking buggy too!

ok i ordered a new pullstart because everytime i rebuild the pullstart, either the knot slips or the pullstart string/ that rubber spacer sets on the exhaust and melts it.. and etc. hopefully i got enough string left for i more rebuild..
