Changing Fluids

How often should you change the shock oil and diff oil? Is there a way to feel if they need changed. Thanks.

I like to go through everything depending on how hard I run it. Generally I find that I go through the shocks and diffs about once per gallon of fuel... on average that's just kind of how often I end up doing it. When you break things or see something that needs to be worked on, you obviously do it sooner... so usually I'll end up working on it a lot more if I am driving it real hard.
