I have the violator and it dont suck. I guess that would be more of someones oppion than fact. I have had mine for about a month and it hasnt broke yet, and it isd stable and fast and the force 25 was bad ( so I heard) but the force 26 is good it keeps a good tune.

The LX pro is a pile as well.. comes with 6mm bones everywhere.. shocks are allright.. but you are limited on bodies.. all you can get is a prepainted ofna body.. cuz noone makes a body for the LX pro..
The violators i have seen locally have been allright.. but ifyou want a good RTR.. get the Hyper 7 |

to not answer your question.... i'm extremely happy with my 9.5 c-hub. I installed PBS in the front. it's very durable on a race track. after a year of racing with it, i just replaced my first cracked upper a-arm. otherwise, with the right maintenance, it's built very solid.

I'm very happy with my LX Pro. I don't try to jump houses with it either. Maybe that's why the 6mm dogbones/axles haven't bent yet. I put in a Hitec HS-645MG steering servo and the Futaba s3003 throttle/brake servo works just fine. It's a backyard basher as there are no organized tracks around here but it does race with others on our informal track. The center diff has diff lock silicone and the front and rear are 7000wt. It just tears around the corners and flies over the jumps. A very well put together machine.
