Your LHS doesn't have to buy directly from Ofna. They can go through other distributors like Horizon Hobbies and Great Planes.

Did you confirm the part was in stock before ordering?

Whenever I ordered from them I would use the paypal option. They would then confirm stock and send me a paypal invoice so I always knew the items were in stock. Usually took about 2 days to get. Of course they are in socal and I am in norcal.

They moved recently which might have delayed shipping.

i've had the same types of problems with NitroHouse but i've also had good transactions.

I've had nothing but great results with Ace Hardware Hobbies They are excellent!!! Updated site, speedy processing, the whole bit.
