Extended width wheel hubs.

I have a set of the wider wheel hubs for the GS Storm and wanted to know the benefits from using them. I assume I would use them in the rear but who knows in this hobby sometimes.
Also, are they legal to race with ? Thanks.

cant answer on the race legal, but,

if you use them it should allow you to lay into the turns a little bit harder. Wider traction.

you could also mount wider tires such as what are in my sig. Currently my tires tend the rub the chassis a little bit at full turn. With the extenders you wouldnt have that problem
