Sites for hop-ups: R/C Nation

Building tips:
- The diff cup pin on the spur side of the read diff, mine was 1mm too long. Had to trim it to get it to go in the hole.
- Use a micrometer on the bolts, and especially the grub screws.
- don't use the stock rims, get a set of dish rims and use them right off. I tanked a stock rim running on a local track and the tires are nearly new.
- don't use the aluminum clutch shoes.

The first thing I hopped up were the front and rear braces. I got the Ergal set, front and rear.

I've found that the K3 is a solid, well handling and flyable buggy. The parts fit is dead on during the build, and it shows on the track.

The K3 comes with enough diff fluid for the build and probably one extra. The LSD in the front takes some kind of red fluid that looks like 1:1 automatic tranny fluid. The center I'm pretty sure is 4K and the rear 1K silicone.
