For the tires what kind of terrain do you plan on running on? Badlands would be sick for off road, Trencher SC for all around and the Striker SC or Street Fighter SC for the road.
Any aluminum shocks with aluminum shock caps I think would be an improvement of stock for the most part, or even getting aluminum shock caps for the stock shocks will help, that is what I did and I stopped having problems with the shock caps getting blown off on big air jumps. The Proline are nice just pricey.
