Hi guys,
A week ago I ordered a Firstorm 10T from Amain and it finally got here, I have already sealed the engine and can't wait to get it running! However I do not like how the fuel line is put inbetween the airfilter and the cooling head, can anyone show some different ways of putting the fuel line? |

Congrats on the new truck!
What I would do with the fuel line(may require new piece),I would loosen the inlet on the carb and rotate so you can come in from the other side of the air filter. Depending on how close it is to the spur, you may need to zip-tie(don't pinch the line) it to the filter neck to keep it from flopping into the gear.

I tried to change it to how you had suggested however it was being constantly rubbed by the servo during acceleration and braking and I decided not to keep it that way incase it held the thottle open or the something else bad happened. When I come up with a solution I'll let you guys know. |

nice truck. my buddy has the e-firestorm flux and he thrashes that thing beyond belief. Just the other day we clocked it at 48 mph until he hit a parked car and broke the truck in half. Other than hitting things at 50mph its a pretty damn strong truck.
Personally i run my fuel line alllll the way around the cooling head, like this ![]() my buddys firestorm

ok, I changed the fuel line to go around the cooling head thanks to sandiegan.
The engine is broken in and I'm looking forward to doing some jumps ^.^ |

Yea I have been and nothing has broken yet, I've hit a clothesline twice both at full throttle, grinded down a concrete ledge, hit numerous trees and the only sign of damage so far is the very front plate then that protects the steering assembly which only has a slight dent in it.

Yes, the slight bog down due to the exhaust at take off completely caches you unaware and then it hits the right rpm band and it jumps out of its skin, that is why I've hit so much stuff lol....
