Are your bearings seized, as the crankshaft should spin freely in the crankcase without any resistance.- ninnon

It shouldn't be tight after running...5 tanks of proper, gradual break in should be good enough... You haven't flooded the engine have you? Take out the glow plug and try again.- ninnon

Any pictures? There shouldn't be dents... Glad to know you broke it in BTW :) You weren't running it too rich were you?- ninnon
