    you could buy a slayer pro plastic parts set ,that way you would get the smaller radio box and throttle servo mount plus its cheaper than the revo plastics usually.

    you need those locators ,if you dont it will cause the diff to move up and down when accellerating /decellerating. you may have to get them from your lhs as i think most of the chop shops usually include them with the plastics lot if you know what i mean.

    or they have been on and off a ton of times ,I would run them ,just put a dab of Loctite on the bolts .as long as they nip up fine some of mine are a bit average but as long as you keep an eye on them should be sweet ,the main part to check is that the 4 bolts that go through the brace,chassis...

    first things first ,airfilter and pullstart after that like you say its just the basics ,you can get a new set of gtr shocks for around 10 dollars. I've done it on a few of my rigs its way cheaper to just buy new than buying springs oil and rebuild kits if needed. overall its a sweet looking...
