    Will the Velineon 540XL motor fit the Traxxas E-Revo 2.0?

    The KV rating isn't the issue, the issue is it's a 540 motor. It's a high tork 1/10th scale motor. You need to stick to 1/8 scale truggy motors. If you like higher KV motors a Castle 1515 is 2200kv and a Hobbywing 4278SD G2 is 2250Kv. Both of these motors will work well in your E-Revo. Traxxas...
