That looks good! Poor man way to knock down the dirt clumps would be to drag a piece of chain link fence or an old mattress inner spring around it when it dries some more
Looks like a good start! A landscape rake like shown on my tractor above could help clean that up (also works great on gravel driveway if that applies to your situation), a grader blade could too and double for snow removal maybe (not sure how much y’all get and your needs). Also post some pics...
make it easy, let the kubota do the work 😁
Edit: @msphill88 you may also consider adding this to your tractor too( assuming you got the loader with it. Makes digging with the loader a lot easier (and great for brush removal and will protect the bucket edge)

I’m doing something pretty similar to what you are too. Right or wrong 🤣 for me it’s just for my kids and I to bash on, not a pro quality track. I’m just waiting for the ground to dry up here to get started on it.
Post up some pics when you do!
Edit to add: not sure about your area, but...
Nice tractor! The blade is on the lighter side though, and on the small side for that tractor, but it will work (I have a similar tractor and blade, also looking to do the same as you are with a backyard track 😁) I would start with shortening the top link and set the scarifers to maybe the...
Can’t help much on the rc side, new myself, but I can maybe help with this… I suspect the box blade isn’t set up correctly. Might need to shorten the top link and make it dig in a little better, may need to add some weight on it too as the three point doesn’t have any downward pressure on it.
