Reviving this with today's brunch. I had a craving last night, so I made healthy banana bread. So today, I turned that into banana bread french toast, with a side of thick cut apple wood bacon.

^^DAMN YOU HAMZ! Man I miss Whatburger. I had smoked turkey and havarti on whole wheat with sour cream & onion chips from the kitchen. Working from home some days really saves on the lunch budget, and I eat better too.

Lloyd, I was that way about food when I was younger. But I'll try almost anything food wise these days, and have found some amazing stuff that way. I love Phad Thai, prefer it a little on the hot side, with a squeeze of lime.

Woodie, best of luck with it. It's hard to stay in that routine, at least for me it was due to having to carve hours out of my Sunday for initial prep, cooking, then packaging and storing in the fridge. Thai Food today, chicken Phad Thai to be exact.

Made some chicken and bacon quesadillas today, man they were good too. Grilled chicken, Smithfield farms thick cut applewood smoked bacon, Sargento cheddar jack cheese, all wrapped up in a sun dried tomato tortillo and topped with a bit of light ranch and some Sriracha.

We've let this thread die. Friend of mine brought in ground venison to work today, so I went and picked up whole wheat buns, and chips for us. My bambi burger was delicious!
