Stick something rigid like a block of styrofoam or wood under the body for support and you can just use a power drill or Dremel tool to make the body post holes.
I have Rock Pirate rock sliders on mine but if I had it to do again I think I would leave the stock sliders on it. Let me look at mine when I get home tonight, and see how much room is actually there to work with.
