Finding a new spot for a track

Dad brought up an idea of renting a school gym for a day. But i feel like that would be more expensive and take lots of time. Setting up tables, putting rolls of carpet down and setting up a timing system and all of that, I would rather have my own space and leave it setup. A local track...

Finding a new spot for a track

Hobby shop#1: Chain store, remote control hobbies. They only stock basher parts, airplane and boat stuff. Some race stuff here and there such as radios but no big race brands. I don't even see associated on their wall. (25 minutes from home) Hobby shop#2: Family owned. He used to have a track a...

Finding a new spot for a track

Same thing if I want to race with ROAR Maybe. Trying to think of smaller brands that aren't well known that I can part with and stuff. I run name brands in my car. Jconcepts, hobbywing, proline, hobbywing. lfr, xpert. The only brand I run that isn't well known in the race community is RadioLink...

Finding a new spot for a track

Finding a new spot for a track

30 bucks can get me a pair of 10th scale tires. Ain't gonna cover a months worth of rent. Unless its super duper low. Not to mention I still need a 1K+ timing system from mylaps and liverc subscription if I want to do racing. Or RCScoring pro. Or if I want to be on the cheap side, a trackmate IR...

Finding a new spot for a track

If I wasn't so lazy, maybe. Maybe edit my videos more. You have to have at least 1 million plus subscribers on YouTube to make some money.

Could race tt02s in that space. Looks big enough. I got a onroad track 20 minutes north. But they are seasonal, but they have a larger space.

Finding a new spot for a track

This is a spot near me. 5 minutes down the road. Pizza place right next year. It's been vacant for at least 10 years now. It's a bit tight. Smaller Mini Z track OR a smaller carpet track for Mini B / T would be nice. Carpet for 10th scale buggies, SCT and trucks are gonna be too tight. Me 15yr...
