    Tie rod screw keeps popping off

    Might have stripped the plastic. Over tightening, to much torque, or a crash perhaps? I would use some loctite to see if you can make it last. I did that on my 2wd trx years ago when I stripped it. Being it has no feeling it may be too far gone.
