Is the carb at factory settings? How old is the fuel?

Is the carb and exhaust line backwards? The nipple on top of the tank should go to the pipe. The lower back nipple should go to the carb.

My guess is the fuel line or fuel tank. I've heard on traxxas trucks of new parts not working, but this was years ago. I usually blow in the exhaust line into tank to prime. Since you mentioned new carb, I'm assuming its not gummed up. After you try starting, pull the plug and see if its wet or dry.
