i am thinking its the wand because i owned the EZ start and it always turned unless it was flooded in which case when i removed the glow plug and flipped it over and hit the button it would always turn. here is a video of my pullstart, first rip after installing i new clutch.

i just remember that motor spinning and the gears not turning inside the case, take it off shake it, spray WD40 in it, put it on and it works for a minute and then back to the beginning. Always flooded my engine too and the first time i flipped the 4tech it ripped the blue wire off. but it did...
