Rolex, have a look at a program called "Hitman Pro"... Good piece of kit and they also offer a browser protecting add-on that stops various things. Worth a look and great at removing malware and other sh*tware from your system.

Been modding a Tablet for Freeflight 3 and Parrot Bebop.

Small tip for you. Ramp up the tablet brightness to maximum, then ramp it up a bit in FF3 to see whats going on, on the tablet screen. It's a pig to see in bright daylight otherwise, even with a screen hood. Mind, the micro delay in FPV transmission is enough not to fly by it for me, I prefer...

FF3 should recognise that the controller is connected and therefore, flight control should be by left and right analog sticks as well as A X B buttons (need to check those for conformation though). No need to map the controls. Just ensure the tablet is in the controller BEFORE starting FF3 and...

best way to raise rear wing?

As much as you feel comfortable with is the honest answer.... Maybe an inch above body height might be a start??

best way to raise rear wing?

Could always make a pair of risers out of ally and bolt the wing down to them...

car cutting out in warm weather

Sealing an engine is sound advice in itself, even if the engine is brand new and only just out the box. An air leak of any form reeks havoc with tuning and though that may not be the issue here, it is worth doing it.

car cutting out in warm weather

Read back on my post Griff and you will see that I said you "could" not that you should. Never had a problem running 1/12th of a turn leaner on cold days myself. Neither have I had problems running 1/6th of a turn richer on hot days, but this is all digressing from the OP's question.

car cutting out in warm weather

Could be an overheating issue? You can run a slightly leaner HSN in the cold weather, but you then usually richen the HSN during warmer weather to avoid overheating, whereby the engine gets so hot the piston and sleeve expand to the point that compression is lost, resulting in the engine...

@Rolex we all know you like to polish your shaft, but to publically admit to it?? lol

    diff shims?

Diff shims change the depth of engagement between the input pinon and the internal star gears. Too deep in mesh and the diff runs tight with high gear wear, too little mesh and you risk sheering/stripping teeth. As for spools, a bad idea and something to be avoided. Only benefit, if you can...

    Slipping one-way bearing

A trick I use, is to rotate the shadt until the OWB catches then either yank the pulk cord or hit the "go" button on a starter. If, however, the starter shaft is worn, that may not be an option. It may be worth sourcing a new starter shaft and giving that a whirl. If that cures the issue you...

Phew.... Thought for a while there that I would be pulling a day shift. Us vampires hate that! Lol BTW, the X4 is charged, so get the camcorder ready ;) Also, I had a look at a couple of additional controller mods over what we have so far discussed. We, ideally, need to discuss the...

Been modding a Tablet for Freeflight 3 and Parrot Bebop.

With the pad in the controller there is no need to touch the screen at all... The controller is the means of flight control, the screen merely acts as an FPV monitor, even if it does suffer a millisecond or two of lag on the bebop. As for the controller unit, there are a few upcoming mods...
