The "What did you buy today?" thread...

yeah but I never think of it before the banter...it just flows freely from the part of me that holds my anger and hatred of stupidity, Immaturity and injustice. I like your style man but you forgot the trash bags and wash gloves. go for the complete mindf#@k..can you carry your tazer on a...

The "What did you buy today?" thread...

Tampons F'ing tampons that's all I bought cause I wanted to get home fast from work. and tampons and soda looks even weirder in my opinion, Like your trying to cover it up or something. The cashier had to chuckle under his pre-pubescent pimple faced breath. I told him they were for me and...

Anybody ever lose their passion for R/C?

I took a long break myself. I think when I started racing in 3 classes it became more work than fun. I'm currently doing a "one RC at a time" thing. I got them all running again and set up my shelf and work bench, organized all the parts boxes and tools, when I want to run something I will take...

    Mugen Mbx5

durability wise (as long as it's the prospec version) I raced both and can say they are both tough as coffin nails. the xray has WAAAY more chassis adjustment. that's about the main difference. the HUDY steel in the Xray is the best. it's the toughest spring steel I've ever seen and I've worked...

    Axle problem

are you letting the Loctite dry before using it? sounds simple but make sure the wheel is seated on the hub snug. try and eliminate vibrations that are causing the screws to back out.

    New FAA rulings

I think they shouldn't do that by banning the tool. ban the act. there are WAAAAAY more people who legally use guns than use them for illegal acts. and likewise for drones. Remember laws like this work both ways. I personally don't fly. so this isn't a personal issue about drones its...

Anyone use NiHM or NiCD batteries for 1/10 scale anything still?

Just like the title says. anyone still use them? I mean like a club race class or something like that. specifically power packs not Rx or micro packs. sound off if you do and what class. Just had the thought and had to ask.

    BL / ESC overheating

I think this ESC isn't meant for an Emaxx. I got 1/8 scale diffs when this thing was a Mutant maxx and had to make a custom spur gear to get the final gear ratio right. I'm using those diffs in it now and I'm having similar problems, need to find the gear calculator and finger it all out. the...
