You could try just one servo at a time and see if when you plug in one or the other the issue happens. you can also try each servo in the steering channel, and then both in the throttle channel ( one at a time of course lol) That would at least help narrow it down for you.
I completely agree wit you Greywolf I think we need more info so we can understand the real issue at hand. How many gallons of fuel on this engine. maybe no pinch left to push fuel to the carb? And if you put fuel directly in the carb and it still just pops and doesn't run, it could even be a...
My comment was just to let you know that different tires will react differently in the air. So if you change tire styles you can expect different results in the air. When I first started jumping I got really good at controlling my truck in the air. I changed tires and couldn't land for nothing...
if running way to rich you won't see much smoke. once you start leaning it out you should start seeing smoke. also note you should always tune the hsn first as it can and usually does affect the ability to effectively set the lsn.
One thing to note the tires and wheels you have on the truck play a big part in how much you can adjust the level of the truck using the throttle and brake
I have Traxxas hubs on nearly all of my nitro's. mainly because i really like a hub with the larger nut rather than a small nylock with an extra large flange like on the savage.
