I believe I misunderstood you, I know what a GPU is. I thought you were saying I would need 2 as in an SLI set up, after I told you I wanted to play in 1440p and 144mhz.

Okay bare with me I'm very new to this, why would I need to GPUS?

Is that a Power Color Red Devil? American prices are a lot better then Canadian prices, if it's that GPU they go for $315 in Canada. Now that's a higher priced 580 and I could get a decent one for $250-$300 Canadian, but I also could get a decent 1660 TI for $330-$375. I'm watching for sales...

My first pc build Didn't buy it today but purchased over Febuary and March waiting for parts to go on sale. I did go over budget by about $80, but my final price isn't what my actual list price is in pc part picker. my final price was just over $780, but that also includes shipping. I decided...

I started with laptops and realized what I need was out of my budget, then moved to desktops and realized the same here as well. I'm just going to have bite the bullet and save more money for what I need. I'm apprehensive about a refurbished computer, I've always thought that a computer was...

I'm trying to find a good computer on a budget, and it doesn't seem to be working out very well. I'd like to start editing some videos, and live streaming from my Xbox one with an Elgato HD60 S. The system requirements for the Elgato are not too demanding, the processor needs to be at least 4...

I'm really enjoying RDR2, excellent value to now with the online portion available, 2 stories for the price of one game. How do you like Battlefield V? I just couldn't get into Battlefield 4, I tried to like it. What got me was I paid full price for a game, and then had to pay more to get all...

Red Dead Redemption 2, I've never understood why people call in sick for work to play a new video game release, until now. I didn't call in sick because I can't do that to my co workers, and I'm an essential service worker, but I'm off for a week starting monday.

Pro Boat Sonicwake RTR Self-Righting Deep-V Boat

I'm really liking my Proboat Recoil 17", Horizon Hobby customer support is excellent as well. However QC needs some work, but I won't get into that right now. The Recoil is my first boat, and my first run was nerve racking as I swim like a rock and really didn't want to lose it. I think the...

    Time for New Servos!

Seems to me both those servos are only rated for 6v max, a 2s lipo will more then likely cause some problems. If this is just a basher I would personally just use a NIMH pack, it will last longer then AA's and be cheaper so you can save for that new motor.

Hobbico files for Chapter 11 Bankruptcy.

Well this is true, let's remember that Traxxas had a minor role in this indirectly with a frivolous lawsuit against Arrma. They also did the same thing to HPI, and HPI is still recovering. It's still hard to find certain HPI parts in Canada! There's threads on different forums about this and...

    Bad battery?

My charger won't let me charge from just the balance connector, I thought that was weird. It gives me a warning of "connection break". I'm done with the battery, checked the cells today and the bad one is it .95v. This battery isn't worth the time or the potential bad outcome. My house and...

    Bad battery?

I'm not wasting my hydro on this thing anymore. It was just really strange to me that the voltage reading were so far off in different charge modes. As soon as it would come off the discharge or storage charge and I put it on to balance the voltage was right back up there where it should be. So...

    Bad battery?

Well I was able to equal out the cells to 4.20 each, went to storage charge bad cell says 3.72 and drops to 3.50 after 15 seconds and the charge shuts off. this is anomaly to me as well, the battery is going an a ammo box and out to the garage for the night.

I ordered a Proboat Recoil 17" on Thursday, it will be here on Wednesday. Depending on how I like boats I might spring for a larger model as well, just waiting on my Rustler and SCX10 to sell.

    Bad battery?

Okay guys need some help. So I've got back to running just the Savage Flux after taking some time off from RC. One of my batteries is giving me trouble now, it just seems to be 1 cell in a 2s LiPo. In balance charge mode it says it's at 4.20 this is what I assume to be my problem cell, and the...

For kids to look through the eyepiece you're probably going to need a step stool. The eyepiece is about 3.5' off the ground in that photo, with supervision it can be good for kids. For astrophotography you need a really good equitorial mount that tracks, has go-to capabilities, and can hold a...

Actually the stars are so far away, and don't give off a lot of light that they don't look that much different through a telescope. That exact model of telescope is on sale in the States right now for $355, you can definitely pick it up for under $400. Being in Canada where the Canadian dollar...

    Been awhile

Hello fellas, it's been some time since I signed in, hope you didn't miss me too much. I honestly haven't been running my RC's much at all, even before winter hit. We have had a mild winter up here in southern Ontario, Canada too. I've also decided to sell them due to lack of use, except my...
