I used the traxxas way. I got 3 1/2 gallons before total motor meltdown! I'am a motorcycle mechanic and in my 5 years of turning a wrench I've never seen a connecting rod spilt down the middle like that! When I tore it down and saw the destruction all I could do is laugh!:hehe::D
I have the latest Revo 3.3, and I love this thing! The only problem I have had with this thing is keeping a throttle servo on it. I was thinking of puting a traxxas 2075 waterproof one on there for about 45 dollars, but was just wondering if you guys know of a better one for about the same...
In the turns and where the turn marshals stand they have 4 ft high sprinkler system all around the track and yes the track was dry. My buddy the owner of the track wasn't there and I counldn't turn them on. Oh by the way the record time for this track is 34.8 and I turned a 45.6 in the video...
Just my 2 cents!!
I had the same problem when I got my first t-maxx and if you oil the OWB it will slip. I cleaned out my OWB the first time and then re-oiled it and it silpped, so I had to take it back apart clean it and re-install dry! The needles grab the shaft that the OWB rides on so you...
Yesterday I was doing my usual practice in the yard , when making my turn the exhaust got loud. I pull the truck over for a quick look and the header broke right off at the mount piece. Two questions one, I ran the truck for a min just thinking the exhuast came off and wondering if that hurt the...
I had some trouble with my throttle servo today! I had to swap out my steering servo on my T-Maxx just to get it running, the movement was all glichty and wouldn't move right but swapped the servo and that's all it was. If it's both you my might want to check to see if your battery is fully...
Yeah I saw that link to. it say to turn the carb counter-clockwise about two hours. You may want to check your throttle linkage and transmitter settings sometimes my hand touches the control dials at the top....

I'll have better pics of the track next weekend!!!:D
Learning how to drive on this track was a breeze with my Revo 3.3! I first tried this track with my t-maxx and ended up hating the track, but tried again today with my Revo and wow what a difference. Here are so pics to look at...
Yes a little.
Yes alittle but I really only ran two tanks through it. It seem to keep the motor cooler buy about 20 degrees (-+5) with the same setting I used the day before, and yes the temp and humdity was close to the same. I'am really going to explore this feature this weekend I hope!
Just got in from another great day of driving! I ran two tanks of Blue Thunder 20% through my Revo and did surprizing good. I have had no problems with this fuel, and love it! The only thing I have done to it so far in add those fancy Dubro body clip holders and put 5 small holes in the left...
