yep I got that one too. Although, I think one of the plugs come loose at the track the other day and it went WOT. I still had steering so I held a doughnut and shut if off. When I got home I taped up the connection so I should be good
Hey bishiman was it this one?: http://cgi.ebay.com/Nitro-RC-Fail-Safe-for-Car-Truck-Boat-RC-Failsafe_W0QQitemZ180375958928QQcmdZViewItemQQptZRadio_Control_Parts_Accessories?hash=item29ff3eb590&_trksid=p3286.c0.m14&_trkparms=65%3A12|66%3A2|39%3A1|72%3A1205|293%3A1|294%3A50
I'm not trying to bad talk you or the car in any way as I have had zero experience with it, but if it's durable shouldn't it stand up to crashes? Now I don't know what conditions the crash was under, but that's just what comes to my mind.
I think fixing them is only fun after you get it running in the first place. For me, when I first got my rig it wasn't that much fun struggling to get it running. Then once I got it going it was a blast and now fixing it is enjoyable for some reason.
And as for the topic, I only run one tank...
ohhhhh yea. it's pretty killer. once they're almost healed you go back out to try it again and it rips right on top of the old one cause the skin is raw
ok nevermind again. i got it. i just had to use the corner of a long screwdriver. it's defiantly a design flaw, but i suppose once you get it tuned you don't have to touch it
oh wait. i forgot about the LSN issue. The only way i have found to adjust it is to use small scrap of metal and some pliers. any better method that you folks know of?
I'm pretty sure that picture has both. If i'm not mistaken, then servo horn is in the center of the circle and the servo saver is in the upper left portion of the circle, where that little nut is
I'll give that ago. I forgot to mention that the fuel is nearly a year old. oops. that's probably an important part. but it was stored in a cabinet in the cool garage sealed. should it still be good?
and awesome that's what i tightened. thanks for the picture
ok so i fixed the power problem.
and for the servo saver, is it the thing that is partially sticking out of the whole in front of the upper deck, or is it somewhere else underneath?
So now that i got the power fixed i'm trying to break it in and this thing is a beezy to start. I've already...
Trucks are generally better for bashing so you should probably start there. Unfortunately i don't know anything about trucks. Check you local hobby shop and see what they have. It's always better to get a rig that you can easily get parts for
