So is Traxxus the hot on-road vehicle to get? Or is HPI better? I am leaning towards the HPI myself. I never did like Traxxus stuff too much (just my opinion). What about Kyosho?
So Charlie, which vehicle of yours runs for 30-40 minutes on a lipo battery? 10th scale? That sound awsome! I bought a RC18R and put a castle motor in it. It is fast, but like Brushboy said it is squirley as hell. Not much fun when you get the speed you want. I am looking for a 10th scale...
Limited as in if it does not sell good it is better for the company if it flops and if it does sell out quickly then they go full scale into production? LOL
Why would anyone by a limited vehicle? How would you keep getting parts for it if it no longer exsists?
Hey guys,
I just saw an article in a mag about the Revo Platinum. It looks really cool. But is it an upgrade to the Revo or is it a whole new rig?
Have you guys heard any pros/cons?
It looks alot like all the other truggys, but it looks alot like the Revo setup with the shocks...
I have seen 1/5th scale indy cars and they are bad to the bone.
check them out. http://www.largescalerc.com/FGF1Sportline.html
Talk about money. I hope you have some. They come in all sort of cool designs and even with hydrolic brakes! I would love one of these, but can never pay that...
All the mags say the 8. I personally haven't seen a RC8 yet. I own an 8. I love it so far. Once you get out all the kinks (like any rc car). I just wish they had more aftermarket part for it. Especially the axles and drivelines.
I know two of my friends that have them. Both are great vehicles. The LST2 is great for bashing and jumping and is fast as well. The Muggy will handle better if you are more into tracks.
